cleaning

• the carpet should be vacuumed once a week
• the concrete floors should be swept daily
• the bathroom floors should be hosed down and squeegeed twice a week
• the sinks should be cleaned daily
• the trash bins should be emptied daily into the big bin outside the lab
• all food and dirty dishes should be emptied daily. there should never be food left out overnight.
• the refrigerator should be cleaned out every two weeks

salaries

• dispersed monthly on the last day of the month
• dispersed by the guesthouse manager on behalf of amy
• dispersed by the guesthouse manager directly to each staff member who will sign a salary sheet to indicate funds received
